I write that previous post only to come across THIS next. OMG SO STUPID. For those not at Berkeley, the big deal with the tents is that it is strictly forbidden to set up camp on campus. Police have been beating and arresting people in reaction. Students lately have been finding alternative ways around this, most of which I approved of, such as brining pianos and couches or placing books all around in a tent shape. BUT THIS!? THIS IS JUST IDIOTIC! It’s dangerous! The airspace in the San Francisco Bay Area has lots of traffic! Not to mention what might happen to birds!
